The employee agreed, showed my receipt, and went to get an exchange. Came back, none in my size. Called the other store in the mall Journeys, told me to go and get them. Arrived there, shoes there. She said not a problem. Told me I could not exchange because did not have box. Went back to to store Explained what happen, she was appalled.
Explained I would not buy there no more, and told her she could keep their defective shoes, which I left. By the way prior to this, when I first got there, I went ahead and bought some more shoes.
